Billing

Club Link pricing: Basic is $99/month per house. The optional Manager/Owner add-on (reports, tracking, and stats) is +$99/month. There is no setup fee.

A card is required to start. You pay $0 at signup: Stripe verifies the card and saves it with your permission to bill later. The first 30 days are free. On day 30, the card is charged automatically for your plan and then monthly, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If the subscription is unpaid, past due, or canceled, the house locks until payment is current.

Cancel or change your plan: the DJ who owns the house can open clublinkpro.com/billing to add or remove the Manager/Owner add-on, update the card, see invoices, or cancel. You can also sign in by email at the Club Link billing portal. Canceling stops billing at the end of the current period (or at the end of the free trial, with no charge). Adding the add-on during the trial is free until the trial ends; after that, add-on changes are prorated on the next invoice.

Refunds: unused prepaid time after a verified billing error may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of the charge. Trial days are free and are not refundable as cash. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period already covered, then the house locks.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The DJ who owns the house pays. Entertainers, VIP hosts, and managers are not charged.
